A message from Governor-Elect Mary Fallin:

Thank you for answering my call to help feed the hungry in Oklahoma.

Half a million Oklahomans struggle with hunger every day. They have homes, jobs and families. They are coworkers, relatives and old friends, brought to the crossroads by lost jobs, low wages, unexpected medical expenses and the rising costs of fuel and food.

The majority of those served by the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma are children, seniors living on fixed incomes, and working families.

With administrative and fundraising costs at less than 4%, you can be assured that 96 cents out of every dollar you donate to your Oklahoma Food Banks is making a difference.
