Cooking Class with Chef Ryan Lopez

Enjoy an evening of culinary creations as Chef Lopez creates a three course meal in front of your eyes, as well as a meal for you to enjoy with friends. Learn to make Pan Seared Scallops, Roasted Herb Chicken Roulade and Hazelnut Cheesecake. The event will be held on December 4, 2012, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Platt College in the Basic Skills Kitchen.
